Eligibilities

1. Apply through C4 as a main referral agent- Local International Student only.
2. Upon completion of the whole program (CDI & Vancouver Career College), submit your official transcript with attendance record
3. Upon completion of the first semester (Coquitlam College), submit your official transcript with attendance record
